If you decide to permanently remove your account, all associated personal data stored by our service will also be deleted. Once this process is completed, the information cannot be restored.

If you contact our customer support team, the information shared during the communication will be collected to help resolve your request. In some cases, interactions may be reviewed for service quality improvement or training purposes.
We also process the content that you publish or upload as part of operating and maintaining the service.

How to Delete Your Account
If you would like to permanently delete your account and associated data, please follow these steps:
- 1. Log in to the SoVia application
- 2. Open the My page from the home screen, then tap the Settings icon in the top-left corner
- 3. Select the Delete Account option
- 4. Tap the Delete button
- 5. Confirm the deletion request
